The event will be held on Thursday 14th of March from 5:00pm – 8:00pm, with the bar staying open later.

You can turn up anytime from 5:00pm as your ticket includes entry to the barn, bar and restaurant.

The package includes:

  • A 45-minute pygmy goat kid play and cuddle session.
  • Access to animal encounters where you can hold guinea pigs, rabbits, rats and mice.
  • Access to the barn including pygmy goat chill time with some of our adult pygmy goats.
  • A bag of goat food to feed the mums and barn goats.
  • A glass of prosecco, a pint of beer/lager or cider or a soft drink of your choice
  • A freshly made pizza or a delicious burger.

For only £45 per person (min age 18), you can enjoy a memorable and heart-warming evening at Chew Valley Animal Park. Now that our pygmy goat kids are a few weeks old, they are full of beans and ready to play! Watch them run, skip and jump around while they play with each other. Once they have worn themselves out they will be ready to settle in for a cuddles. It really is a highlight of our year and not to be missed!

Animal encounters will be open from 6pm till 8pm where you can hold some guinea pigs, rabbits, rats and mice.

The barn will also be open from 5pm till 8pm where you can come and chill with some of our adult goats. Bags of goat food are also provided!

This is an exclusive experience with only 25 people per session. To book your tickets to this limited event, select your time slot using the drop-down menu. Available sessions are at 6pm and 7:15pm.

Please be aware all food and drink must be consumed in the bar and restaurant area and will not be permitted in the animal handling sessions.

Please bring your email confirmation with you on the day for access to the event.

 

If you are pregnant or think you might be, you should not attend this experience. In order to protect their own health and that of their unborn child, women who are, or who may be, pregnant should avoid close contact with livestock animals.This is because infectious organisms may be present in birth fluids of animals, particularly sheep, cattle and goats. Such organisms may result in infections such as chlamydiosis, listeriosis, Q fever and toxoplasmosis.
